This document provides guidance on determining Internet vs non-Internet applicants based on the Internet Applicant Rule (IAR). It also provides a list of useful disposition codes with definitions that can be used in structuring an applicant tracking system, training recruiting and hiring staff, and within a compliance review by OFCCP.
