Contractors saw the OFCCP maintain its focus on pay equity under the Trump Administration as Director Craig Leen moved forward with investigations into potential discriminatory compensation practices. This focus is expected to intensify under the Biden administration with Jenny Yang’s appointment as OFCCP Director and her commitment to close gender and racial pay gaps.
