On August 18th, 2022, OFCCP notified the federal contractor community of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for the disclosure of the consolidated EEO-1 Reports created by multi-establishment federal contractors and subcontractors. The request asks for reports on calendar years 2016 through 2020. Contractors and subcontractors have until September 19th, 2022, to provide written objections to the release of their EEO-1 reports.
